Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at contact@3DALT.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at contact@3dalt.com and we will assist you with the process.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized prints
Please be aware of these exceptions before making your purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
